request by clients of Guidance Financial Consultants, Inc.. Whether you have a lump sum
distribution, a childrens education fund, an inheritance or a standing portfolio to
build and manage, we stand ready to assist you using state of the art portfolio management
technology, modern portfolio principles and asset allocation techniques. These are all
orchestrated to bring you an optimal combination of risk and reward and performance

FINANCIAL FORUMS: are
offered periodically on topics of general interest to all clients and are also for the
purpose of allowing the introduction of prospective clients to us. All clients are sent a
few extra invitations and tickets to give to friends that they feel should attend. Each

changes in the economy and the industry. These topics are given in an educational fashion.

MANAGEMENT AND ALLOCATION

Consultants, Inc. Portfolio adjustment notices are mailed out periodically as received by
us to all our clients who use any of the mutual funds (both no-load and load) followed by
the top rated timing services we utilize. A limited power of attorney can be put in place
for your portfolio enabling us to further make important and timely adjustments to a
clients mutual fund portfolio if requested.
MONEY MANAGER SELECTION:
It can be very difficult to generate profits in today's volatile securities markets
without the help of dedicated, full-time professional asset managers. As advisors to
substantial funds in pensions, trusts and individual holdings we are constantly aware of,
analyzing and reviewing the performance of most of the nations leading professional
